EazioHR is a comprehensive human resource management platform designed to simplify HR processes for businesses of all sizes. As Lead Product Designer - Growth and UX, I was responsible for enhancing the platform’s usability and aligning its features with the evolving needs of HR professionals. The objective was to improve user engagement, streamline workflows, and position EazioHR as a go-to solution for managing recruitment, employee engagement, and payroll.
